And the BGEA Award goes to…Tripp

As Cindy Tripp does the wave, decreeing and declaring economic shifts, portals and doors in the heavens opening, it sounds like she is saying “…there is a shifting, a shifting that is going on in the kingdom, we thank you that the spirit of Ashtar(2:41) is upon each individual, every woman that you are now transforming…”

After watching her emotional build up of hypnotic repetition to trip the sheep and make them fall down and shake in this knock ’em down performance, it’s difficult to understand why Tripp would get an award from the Billy Graham Evangelical Association for her ‘leadership role in enhancing the spiritual direction and well being of the Southern California Basin’…

Todd Bentley is campaigning hard for a revival

Todd Bentley is campaigning hard for a revival. He released letters on June 15 and June 20 that are, to put it mildly, nothing short of embarrassing.

In the letter from June 15, Bentley says:

RAIN CLOUDS OVER CHURCHES

One time when I returned from healing revival meetings in Whitehorse, Yukon; I was ministering in the Abbotsford Revival Center and in worship that morning, the Holy Spirit brought me back to a prophetic word that I had given in the Whitehorse meetings. God began to speak to me about the coming healing revival in North America. In worship that morning I was caught up in the Spirit and I saw many rain clouds individually set up over many churches and ministries across the States & Canada pouring down rain. The rain clouds looked like they do in the cartoons on TV where rain would be pouring down upon one person or one place. Then I saw many ministers and churches that are already flowing in this miracle healing anointing, beginning to go into different cities and towns. As they were leaving these places of ministry the cloud would remain upon that church and continue to pour down healing rain.

Only a Wolf would say what Creflo Dollar said

Creflo Dollar Says: “Shoot Them All Dead”

by Donna Vermillion
with added theological commentary by Rich Vermillion

This is a post like no other that I have ever done before.

There aren’t going to be any jokes cracked. We are going to discuss some VERY serous issues regarding Kenneth Copeland’s good friend and protégé, Creflo Dollar of “World Changers.” We are going to see what murderous ideas this man has in mind for the “world” if he ever had a chance to “change” it.

Unlike other things that I have written on this blog, I am not going to poke fun at Creflo Dollar and his misuse of donor funds. There was a reason why I gave this particular post such a serious title—with an exact quote from Dollar himself. This post involves a very somber and intense matter that should have every Christian concerned.

The Popoff Wolf is Back

I-Team: Peter Popoff

By DANA FOWLE/myfoxatlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. – A disgraced televangelist has resurrected his career in part by dispensing miracles again. This time the Prophet, Peter Popoff, is offering to miraculously clear away the faithful’s debt. But the I-Team’s Dana Fowle asks at what cost?

Look Out – Todd Bentley’s Seeing Angels Again

Here we go again…

Todd Bentley’s Seeing Angels Again

Todd Bentley released a letter that he entitled, “IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM TODD BENTLEY.” When I saw the title, I knew it would be interesting.

What I get from reading Bentley’s missive is that he’s missing the glory days of the Lakeland revival and he’s itching for a repeat. Building up to this logical climax in his message, Bentley begins by saying:

“Two weeks ago at the Greater Glory Gathering Virginia Beach, the Lord spoke to me about contending for a greater outpouring of his presence, signs, and wonders. During this prophetic experience I saw the Revival Healing Angel that had visited us in Lakeland, Florida.”

Same old.

Yawn.

IHOP Leader – a Wolf in Sheeps Clothing?

A cult? Strong word you might say…and you are correct. It is not a word I use lightly or carelessly to label anything. But much prayer, time and years of research and personal experience have brought me to the conclusion that I can say confidently that the root system–or foundation–that IHOP is built on follows the basic premises and signs of a cult religious group. When I first left IHOP, I went through a severe culture shock that is hard to put into words. When I began studying the signs of cult fallout and the things that cult members go through after leaving a cult, my eyes began to open to what I had been a part of and recently come out of.

Is IHOP a cult? Read this revealing personal experience of a former IHOP intern here:

My 7 Years Working for the Elijah List

In The Beginning

It’s been about 3 years since I ended my employment with the Elijah List.

It started around the year 2000. I was working for Hewlett-Packard and, through the grapevine, I learned of this daily email newsletter that published “prophecies” to around 30,000 people. This was back in the “text-only” days, where you received only 1 email per day. At the time, I was going to a “Word of Faith” church and I had a very strong foundation in the Word of God. Still, I knew that there was another element in my Walk with God that I wasn’t experiencing yet. I longed for the Reality of His Presence…. to actually SEE the working of God and to KNOW and EXPERIENCE Him more.

As I daily studied the words that I received from the Elijah List, this desire grew. I grew dissatisfied and frustrated with the church I was attending. “They just don’t GET IT!” I told myself. So I determined in my heart that I would find out where I could learn about this “New Thing” that God was doing and I and my family would be there when God showed up!
