keeping a watchful eye on the wolves

While Some Shepherds Watch Their Flocks

While some shepherds watch their flocks, others invite hirelings and wolves in.

On Dec 31, 2014, the New Year is being brought in to Canada by Todd Bentley.

It’s almost that time of year again! Todd Bentley is coming to Windword to help us bring in the New Year. This will be a powerful night full of worship and prophetic words over 2015.

Then, the false prophetic will continue in a New Years Conference at Windword, Jan 2-4. The announcement says:

Let’s continue bringing in 2015 strong! This New Years Conference is the perfect time to solidify everything that was proclaimed in the New Years Eve Service and to make new proclamations of what we expect 2015 to hold in store for us. We will have powerful words from Todd Bentley, Brent Borthwick, and Nolan Clark! So whether you had a good year in 2014 and want to make sure this next year is just as good, or you want to totally change your life in 2015…you need to come out to this conference. Let’s jump start 2015 for the Kingdom of God!

Your web site does nothing for Gods kingdom but break it down. According to you no one can be restored after they have fallen. I would be careful of speaking against men of God so boldly. Remind me of the Pharisees Jesus had to contend with.

      Clyde,

This blog’s sole purpose is to expose and warn about wolves among the starving sheep.

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
      Ecc. 12:13,14

Has Bentley’s so called restoration brought him to a repentant relationship with Christ and restored his marriage and family biblically (which he left during his unholy ‘anointing’ in the Florida ‘out pouring’)?

So a man calls a fallen preacher ‘restored’. Does this mean that God has restored him? Restoration by God involves immediate repentance with a cost, the price in this case being a loss of trust. But more than that (theological issues, false miracles and prophecies aside) when the fallen preacher gets his ministry back, AND his mistress AND a divorce, does scripture back this up?

Bentley is still the spotlight thanks to Rick Joyner and a biblically illiterate flock.

I appricate your response. David did things that would cause him to be put to death these days what would say about him?. How can you say lakeland was not of God , if one man gave his life to christ, is that not God? Ive seen both Todd and bill johnson. Do you not think people cannot discern if these men are of God or not themselfs? Why not help the man, is he not more important than the ministry itself? Are you prophesying over these men by lifting them up, correting or bringing them back in alignment with the master? This is why christians are so divided because you think you are doing someone a favor, your only bringing more attention to him by speaking about him.Are you sir able to cast stones, you without sin??? I see nothinggood out of this blog. Im not a man who likes to speak negative things. I pray your tactic changes to bring honor to the Body.

  3. So many are easily and willfully deceived. Read what Jesus Christ had to say:

Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled? And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you: For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. Mark 13:4-6

If there wasn’t deception and there weren’t deceivers than would Christ have warned us that this would be the hallmark of the time before He returns? If this is the case, and we can clearly see that it is, why is warning others about false teachers and false prophets wrong? Isn’t it instead loving? Those who are false do not merit our esteem, the sheep of Christ merit our love and warning. If those who are false are earning your esteem then that says much about you. If you are warning others about the charlatans, that also says much about you. Unfortunately, the false have multiplied throughout the visible church and are leading many astray. Praise God for those who speak out and expose the false teachers and false prophets. God bless you:)

Eliza, God bless you. Clyde, bring these matters before the Lord and ask Him.

Let us all take heed to what Christ said . . .

Thus you will recognize them by their fruits.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’
And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
      Matthew 7:20-23
