    If Grassley had started with an IRS investigation, he would have saved himself a lot of trouble. Copeland has invited the investigation, but Grassley doesn’t seem satisfied. He could obtain all the information this way, but it would have to be kept confidential. That leaves me wondering what Grassley intends to do with the information if he were to get his hands on it.
