Revival Drawing Criticism

LAKELAND – Todd Bentley believes God acts through him to cure cancer, heal the deaf and raise the dead.

So do hundreds of thousands of people who have visited his raucous revival meeting, now in its third month and broadcast nightly from a huge tent in the middle of Florida.

The 32-year-old Canadian, tattooed to the fingers and neck, puts a palm to the forehead of the sick, desperate and faithful. Bentley yells “Bam!” they collapse and he proclaims them cured. Attendees dance in the aisles, shout to Heaven, laugh, shake violently and cry.

Such revivals aren’t new, but Bentley’s stage show has become a phenomenon in the religious world – for both its pull and the criticism it has attracted – in just a few months…

During the bizarre initiation ceremonial rite of eastern religious baptism, he wore a tee shirt with two rattle snakes that said, “Living Sacrifice. Like his tattoos, his choice of images for his tee shirts are demonic.
TODD ~ MORE THAN WEIRD. CREEPY! MIXTURE Sanskrit language and believe me, he knows what he is saying. They are not Christian words they are demonic.
“I baptize you,” he says, pushing them down into the water. “BAM! BAM! BAM! FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!”
    10. “fire, fire, fire” – see comments on kundalini “fire” in Bit No. 2.
Someone who has their kundalini awakened is regarded as “on fire”, and to spread that awakening is to “ignite” others. The fire (called “tummo”) is regarded as the source of healings. (interesting that the name of the Lakeland Church is now called “Ignite.”
“I baptize you,” he screams, “in the name of the Father, Son & Bam!”
    9. “bam-bam” – (BhaMBhaM) – to sodomize!
This baptismal service on the 4th July, what can I say really of how it makes me grieve so (and God)? Such a blatant mockery of God, and such a blatant disregard for truth. It mocks the new life and the real miracle of being a new creation in Christ Jesus and the old being gone.
At 2.05 minutes on this video, Todd goes ‘tsssss’ and pretends to put the fire/anointing in the water by putting his hand in there to heat the tub up with more anointing. This is play acting like a child and outright mockery – the work of a charlatan and not a true man of God.
    1. “I baptize you in the name of SEEKA BOOM BA,” the hissing snake is the Kundalini spirit manifesting and is not the anointing the of the Holy Spirit. “boomba” was pronounced over 3 (bhumba) – a holy vessel – specifically a Buddhist ritual water pot
    2. “sheeka” (zikhaa) – flame
People are ‘falling out under the power in the baptism tank’ but there is no talk of repentance or confession of sins or Jesus as Lord. There are Gnostic claims from Todd like ‘The fire is in the tub’, and nonsense such as ‘I baptize you in the name of the sheeka boom ba … bam’. At 2.10 minutes, Todd calls this ‘a mass sheeka boom ba’ – (you will see below what it means) why on earth does he use such nonsense words for a baptism – because I tell you the truth, it is no real baptism. To the undiscerning, these words sound kind of spiritual or Christian or like tongues (albeit without interpretation) but not only are these the words of a charlatan and faker, they are also the words of an evil man with an evil impartation.
“Lord anoint him as an evangelist to take “IT” all over the world!” Bentley “anoints,” a young man who is violently manifesting the Kundalini demons, splashing and uncontrollably shaking and trembling in the water. These evil impartations when seen in Africa are called demonic and cast out while in America, they are laughed at and cheered as being the Holy Ghost!
Want to give your life to CHRIST?
These poor people will be demon possessed for the rest of their lives. This means they will be controlled and tormented by these Kundalini snake devils.
Matthew 24:24-25 – “For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect. “Behold, I have told you in advance.”
