CBN following the Florida outpouring – but ignoring the trail of rotten fruit

Not only is CBN still favourably reporting on the Florida outpouring and Todd Bentley, they are now quoting Patricia King (Extreme Prophetic) and Randy Clark (of Toronto Blessing roots):

They also have some exclusive interviews…

…with Todd Bentley here:

…and with Patricia King here:

They are even linking to Extreme Prophetic, Global Awakening (Randy Clark), Ignited Church, Fresh Fire Ministries, and God TV.

Does CBN know about the rotten fruit left behind on the laughing revival trail that Randy Clark was a part of? Do they know about the supernatural conversation that Patricia King and Todd Bentley had with Bob Jones about their out of body/astral projection experiences into the third heaven together and the vanilla smell of the anointing?

Whether knowingly or unknowingly, as they promote Clark, King and Bentley and their ministries, it’s sad to see that CBN is condoning and spreading this growing deception.

I sent CBN an e-mail weeks ago, along with several links to questionable things coming out of Lakeland, including, amongst others, the ‘Kick her in the face’ and Kundalini information, begging them to do an in-depth investigation.

Regardless of the fact that I’m just little old me, I believe that CBN are now without excuse, and that this reporting casts aspersion upon their journalistic integrity, not to mention what level of discernment they are operating at.

Perhaps you will consider sending them some of the information you have posted here and raise the concern again.

    Shalom.

So, I guess this is why I pass by almost all Christian programming. You have no idea if they know what they believe anymore, save one that I watch faithfully and I know exactly where they stand. The blinders have to come off eventually or they will find themselves without supporters when they really need them. Between the churches, especially in the south and the programming, who in christianity do we trust to tell us the truth. So sad!
